What is Coaching?

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

In general, coaching is a series of one on one conversations designed to help you identify the actions that will have the greatest impact on moving from where you are today to where you want to be personally and professionally.

Typically the one on one conversations would happen every other week over a period of six months, but the schedule will be tailored to your needs.

As an ICF certified coach I’m bound by and committed to a standard of performance and a code of ethics.
